There are two big items remaining:

 1) rockbox.org web sites (www, downloads, build, etc)
 2) git & gerrit

The web stuff consisits of many separate pieces but they're all lumped
in together due to tight integration at the local filesystem level,
making it a veritable PITA to migrate separately.

I'm going piece by piece, getting each one working, and moving onto the
next. When that's all good, we'll figure out a window to take the
existing site offline, re-synchronize the (substantial amount of) data,
and switch everything over.

I'm hoping to make this happen by the end of April.

After that mudball is moved, git & gerrit will be relatively
straightforward, perhaps by the end of May? Either way, I see no reason
why this whole process won't be done by the summer, well in advance of
the 2021 guillotine date.
