Expected downtime will start about 08:30 Eastern US time, about 1400 UTC, and if all goes well, last for about 2 hours.
This is a routine OS upgrade and fsck pass, but COVID protocols at the
hosting site make arranging physical access challenging, and OS updates
without the possibility of physical access make me quite nervous.
