That's an interesting legal idea. I will have to read the liscense agreement.

Off Topic:
The one I love is the paragraph in the AppleWorks 5 liscense which
disclaims responsibility for use of AppleWorks in an environment in which
the failure of AppleWorks would cause loss of money or life.

That just seems odd to me somehow, but then again, I read liscense
agreements for fun.
