Hi, I have a Rocket Stage II... the CPU (040 40Mhz) does not have a heat-sink on it... should it have? I have been using it without one so far... not very much, as I haven't found a proper use for it yet. After being 'up' for an hour or two, it seems to stop working, and I have been wondering if this is the CPU overheating...
If it should have a heatsink, has anyone got any advice on what to buy... dimensions, type, make, etc. (and if in UK, which shop is likely to have them)?? I have had a look at two electrical components websites (Maplin and RS Online), and can't seem to find anything with the dimensions of the 040 chip (measured crudely with a ruler)...
