Never had this one asked before. If a customer places their acct. on manual hold, when they re-open the acct. does Rodopi treat the hold time as basically one long day? I.e. Customer signs up for a year, after 6 months they place the acct. on hold and go out of state. When they get back 3 months later and re-open the acct., will Rodopi say they have 6 months to go until rebilling or does it say 3 months?
