I hate those spam challenges. I tell people that I get them from that I don't get the message cause my mail server thinks they are spam. Usually make them stop using it. Challenge messages just create more email. To me this does not seem like an effective tool to reduce the amount of spam. As to people that don't remove the challenges from list emails they are just fools that don't have any business being on an email list in the first place.
