Try the following:
 
---
SELECT * FROM UsageData_OnlineHours
---
 
Check that the SessionDate column has correctly entered dates (I have seen cases where 
some entries in the SessionID column cause the data to overflow).
 
I'm sure one off the rows has a bad entry in it, in which case you would need to 
elliminate this from the results.

Here's what happens when I run the query:

Server: Msg 517, Level 16, State 1, Line 6
Adding a value to a 'datetime' column caused overflow.

Any idea? btw it's Rodopi 5.2sp3
