[Rodopi] Firewall

The only ports needed are web if you want to Access Rodopi through the 
firewall. Also, if you radius is behind the firewall you need to open 
1645, 1646 or 1812, 1813 depending on which set you are using. You will 
also need to contact Rodopi to make sure that your license will renew okay.
