[Rodopi] Invalid XML License Version

Hi Everybody,

We're running Rodopi 5.3 SP1, and have started seeing this error message 
in the Event Log every minute:

        Error -10 occurred in module RODOPI License Server:
        [-10] Invalid XML license version
From time to time we're also seeing:

        Error 80004005 occurred in module Microsoft OLE DB Provider
        for SQL Server:
        Invalid connection string attribute
I know people on this list have encountered this before, but I don't 
recall what the solution was.  The weird thing is that Rodopi seems to 
be working just fine!

Also: Any known problems with SP4 on Windows 2000 when running Rodopi?
