We use Global Pops and I am very happy with them. We aren't using anything else at the moment.
We are running an Artera Server. I tried Slipstream last night from Global Pops and didn't like it nearly as well as Artera. I didn't think the image quality was nearly as good as Artera. To me, Slipstream seemed to degrade the picture severely. At highest compression setting, Artera is just "barely objectionable", although I realize that is a personal decision. I think Artera's logon process is too long, they don't use Radius Auth, but some other scheme.
