Hello everyone, I have just upgraded to Rodopi 5.4. Anyone having advanced billing issues?
We are using the advanced billing function and bill 30 days in advance. On Rodopi 5.2 it would generate an invoice 30 days in advance, and the invoice date would reflect the advanced billing date. For example, a bill generated on 6/1/04 for July 7/1/04-7/31/04 service would show 7/1/04 as the invoice date. Now in Rodopi 5.4, it bills 30 days in advance, but the generated invoice reflects the date the invoice was generated. So in the above example, it would have an invoice date of 6/1/04. This is throwing our AR numbers off. When we run a Printing & Archives AR report for June billing, the July recurring charges are in the report. I spoke to Rodopi about it and they say they have upgraded lots of people to 5.4, but we are the only who brought this issue up? Please let me know if anyone else is having those issues, or solutions?
