Mike,

I thought perhaps one of the "regulars" on here would get back with you, but I'll give
it a shot. We have a setup similar to yours.
Add the domain manually into Modus, and then enter the e-mail address into Rodopi
using their domain instead of your own "normal"
access-one domain. In my case, the boxes are then added just like normal. Make sure
the Auto Create mailboxes for Rodopi is checked
in Modus for that domain.

Hope this helps!

Ryan

Subject: [Rodopi] Email setups

In the five or six years that we've used Rodopi we've only used it to setup
our main domain access-one.com for email. Most of our users who have their
own domain have still opted to use the access-one.com domain for the email
addresses. However, now that we are doing wireless we have more and more
users opting to use their own domain for their email and we've just done
this by manually adding the emails as generic in Vircom's Modusmail.

I just tried to add an email address to the domain of our local city hall by
adding the email to Rodopi but it is not working. Is this possible, or do I
need to keep adding these emails into Modus manually. Sorry if this seems
like a dumb question but the issue has just never come up for us until now.

Regards,

Mike Herrera
