We acquired a web hosting company that is using it. It seems to be ok, but I am not intimate with it yet. In other portions of our hosting network we use Plesk which I like a lot, especially combined with Virtuozzo (VPS).
Rodopi has some stale docs on their website about some type of Plesk integration which would be great, but it's been over a year I think since they put in on their website, and still there is no content.
