Domain Name Expiration Notices
I've used OpenSRS for several years now and have
never seen these kind of issues.

Subject: [Rodopi] [OT] N4E question on
Domain Name Expiration Notices
I have had many problems with Names4Ever, and everytime I
consider moving away they seem to go the extra little bit to look after
me. I am still toying with the idea of ditching them totally as we do the
bulk of our business through Bulk Register where we have somewhere in the
region of 18,000 domains registered.
On one occasion I actually
told Names4Ever to stop billing us until certain issues were resolved and
threatened to seek compensation from them for the trouble they were
putting us through.
I have also found that their Control Panel is
still very buggy.
--- They say the grass is greener on the other
side, but have you ever flipped it
over?

I have
wrote 8 times in the past 2 months about this issue and never received
any type of reply. I got ahold of someone through their online chat
program, and I was told the notices are still sent.

It shouldn't matter when they
leave, I wrote them 8 e-mails, each with a week apart. I made it
part of my day to write them once a week for the past 2 months.
I am ready to take my toys and go
home!
