What happens is that when you submit your license to Rodopi they do their what-ever-it-is and update their database. Usually this fails the first time as it looks like a different computer. Once they update their side you should then be able to have the auto renewal work just fine. We had to at one time do the manual method, but I think that was because I enable another NIC on the server. Rodopi will still work just fine, you just can't add anything until you get in sync with Rodopi. This is a similar process to replacing your NIC card.

Peter,

After changing the IP, try to download the licenses and shoot us an email with what happens.

Thanks

Subject: Quick licensing Question.

G'day,

We have a 1000 user license our customer number is 956945881 and I will be allocated a new C Class of IP addresses shortly. Can you tell me if this will mess up the rodopi license service ?

When I receive the Addresses should I allocate the server a new one in advance and let you know what it is.
