Our problem is due the HTML Attachments and OE removing unsafe access to. The late reminders for us are plain text so our customers get those no problems. It's just the 5.1 way of doing things, sending a blank message with just an attachment that causes us problems.
Go into your account, apply a credit of 1 cent and see if your rodopi sends you an e-mail. If yes, all is working and people are not getting due to OE issues or, check in your rodopi for failed letters and see if your statements are showing up in that list.
