I just wanted to send a brief post to remind everyone that this list is for Rodopi related questions and problems (with the odd off-topic post).
Posting a 2Mb attachment to the list with a load of blurb about your company covered up as a New Year greeting is not considered to be a legitimate post, and as such users will only be warned once. We are all in someway responsible for running a network and we should know how to act responsibly. With this being said anyone wanting to advertise on this list should seek my permission first, or will get their posting privileges blocked (you will still get messages, just not be able to respond on the list). At present the only group allowed to post periodic advertisements is Syscon / Peercon, for which I have the organizers permission to do so as they only post once in a while about their upcoming conferences. Anyway, I hope you guys all have a great new year and try not to drink to much tonight!!
