Are they in today?

We have an issue and I was thinking from an earlier post they were closed today.

I had a similar problem the other day.

I didnt reply to their emails about my support contract so they SHUT MY LICENSES down.  No hey, hi or nothing.  Couldnt do anything with rodopi for half a day.

Their reasoning was that I must of went out of business since I didnt reply to their email or phone calls.

I was slightly pissed about it and most likely spoke way too harshly to the agent on the phone that was unlucky enough to intercept the phone call.  It should of  been directed at the manager that made the decision to shut down my system remotely.

Crazy...

Maybe they went out of business since they arent answering your emails... hmmmm

David,

In the server where the Rodopi server is running, run regedit and look for:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rodopi Software\Instance Settings

You will find inside that all the MISP you have installed.

Remove the ones that you can remove for now, and then restart the server. Rodopi will only see the ones you leave.

Subject: [Rodopi] License Issue

This morning I woke up with a license issue.  I am using 9 MISPs, but showing only 6 licenses.  They gave me some MISPs to test while we work on a project.  Looks like they may have been temporary.

Looks like Rodopi has the holiday off today, so I can’t get anyone to assist, so my whole company is crippled.

Anyone know a way to get around the licensing issue?  I can disable some of the MISPs if needed, however the Rodopi license manager doesn’t even allow me to go in and manage my MISPs.
