We found that we had to have an accounting package in addition to Rodopi. I took figures from Rodopi manually and entered them into a spreadsheet on a daily basis, then entered the totals into the General Ledger module of our accounting software at the end of each month. Rodopi is very good provisioning software, but totally inadequate for general accounting tasks.
