I don't remember the exact details, but as I recall we set the Ascend MAX to 
disallow concurrent connections unless allowed by RADIUS attributes.

How about an SQL script to check the online usage table for accounts 
which
show connections from 2 or more different telephone numbers?  We are 
using
Vircom Radius and Rodopi 5.1.  I can tweak the script to make it work, 
just
don't know an easy way to accomplish this.
