There isn't a specific way now that I know of.

A query could be written to do it of course.

Rodopi can be set to send messages on late payments, assuming for instance that you have a payment due on Day 1 and it will send messages every (configurable) days after that, till the account is suspended. With careful tweaking that could be construed as a "days till suspended" message.

But if you want a list of accounts that will be suspended in "X" days on a daily basis, that would require several variables unique to each plan and the account status, corporate or non corporate, and probably a couple of other items.

It is a good idea for a query, but not in Rodopi now. I think Rodopi is more oriented to advising the customer late payment so they will presumably take action, than advising the operator of pending suspensions.

Subject: [Rodopi] Telling who is going to lock for non payment

I have a question. Does anyone have a way in Rodopi 5.4 to be able to tell
who is going to lock for non payment ? Say the next
day(s) for example?

Jeff
