Steve: Those are among the few that have to be edited directly from the web page CustSupMenuNew.html in the olsplus-cgi folder. Make a copy of the page for backup purposes, and remove the sections you do not want.
We are currently using the Rodopi Customer Support Menu, but have developed a set of nicely windowed Customer Support Tools, that we call "Account Tools". If you would like to take a look, or desire more information, please let me know. You can edit the table directly from Enterprise Manager. Simply make a copy of the table (for safekeeping), then open the table, and delete the rows you do not wish to appear.
