If you have ASP.net installed on your server, i.e. applied all the updates from windows update, or performed a manual installation, you should be able to find the ASPNET user already in the server user accounts.
I have looked at all of the folder permissions for Rodopi on our server, and can find no explicit permissions being set on any of the Rodopi folders or files, except that there IS an aspnet_client folder in Rodopi: you may want to check if that folder exists. You can add the user from either windows explorer or IIS, trying full control permissions at first to see if you can get the page to operate, and then tighten security as you go. Also, Rodopi supplied us with an updated paynowcc.aspx file. They did all the work, so I'm a little unsure of all the nuances of the issue. But I know that, in working with other ISP's, they have all had to have Rodopi do the work for them-- but the bottom line is they were able to get the pages to work. We were so excited about finally being able to get One-Time Credit Card transactions possible (finally), that we spent some time developing software to handle online check transactions, that we have added both to Rodopi and our own software. You may try a few of the things I have listed above, and if you are still having problems, resubmit to the maillist, and I'll have another look. Rodopi has some patches, and will probably have to tweak your system, as they did on ours, to get it to work.
