Se da urmatoarea situatie:
-samba 3.0.12,
-FreeBSD 5.3,
-statii windows XP
SP2,
La incercarea de instalare a printerelor (pe
statiile windows), care se regasesc in smb.conf, se primeste urmatorul
mesaj de eroare:
"A policy is in effect on your computer which
prevents you from connecting to this print queue. Please contact your system
administrator".
Pt XP cu SP2 am modificat "Point & Print
restrictions" pe disable.
In smb.conf:
[global]
load printers = yes
printcap name = /etc/printcap
print command =
lpq command =
....
