I don't know the exact ROHC requirements for LTE eNodeB, so I won't be
able to answer you fully. If full RFC compliance is required, all TODOs
related to at least one RFC apply.
For the schedule, some TODO are planned. See the description of planned
1.7.0, 1.8.0 and 2.0.0 releases.
