LimDamSub is still having a problem:
1. I understand that R-Mode is not implemented in ROHC Library.
but i want to understand the Reason that R-Mode is not implemented in ROHC?
and another reason?
4. Requires an understanding of R-Mode, when the R-Mode do you use?
Of course, I know that R-Mode in ROHC Library is not implemented.
