hello Didier,
in rohc 2.2.0,
1 .why the sid flag changed but not considered as dynamic nb_fields in
changed_dynamic_one_hdr()?
2. another,when sid_count < MAX_FO_COUNT,it always decide the FO state used,
why?
maybe if you think the SID flag as dynamic nb_fields ,then needn't think the
2 ? Thank you.
