PIPS:lab, Luma2solator Interaktive Performance Sonntag, 21. Mai, 10-18 Uhr Am Sonntag, den 21. Mai, präsentiert das Edith-Ruß-Haus im Rahmen des Internationalen Museumstages eine interaktive Performance der niederländischen Künstlergruppe PIPS:lab, den Luma2solator. Mit Licht schreiben oder Graffitis malen, die im immateriellen Raum des Internets gespeichert werden können, das ist die Idee des Luma2solator. Die Technik dazu wurde von PIPS:lab entwickelt und sie ermöglicht es dem Publikum, selbst zu Künstlern zu werden. Jeder kann Graffitis aus Licht entstehen lassen und sich die selbst gestalteten Designs am Computer zu Hause als Erinnerung an den Ausstellungsbesuch ausdrucken. Während der Performance werden die Lichtzeichnungen auch auf einer großen Projektionsfläche im Raum sichtbar. PIPS:lab wird den Luma2solator jeweils um 12 Uhr, um 15 Uhr und um 17 Uhr vorführen, um das Publikum zu eigenen Lichtmalereien zu inspirieren. Die Veranstaltung wird gefördert durch die Oldenburgische Landschaft mit Mitteln des Landes Niedersachsen. Das Pogramm für den internationalen Museumstag bietet neben den interaktiven PIPS:lab Performances auch Führungen durch die Ausstellung »Jennifer und Kevin McCoy - STOP MOTION«. Der Eintritt ist an diesem Tag frei. With the computer as a mixer and music, theatre, film, text, photography and a significant dose of humour as ingredients, a PiPS:lab production never fits the expectations. From absurd media theatre to interactive installations, PiPS:lab produces every single element itself: the software, a great deal of the hardware, the music, the stories, the performance and visuals. Create a piece or place your tag, write or paint with light. The Luma2solator has its own visual language. The technique designed by PiPS:lab enables every user to become the artist. The light tracks will directly become visible on the large screen. After 30 seconds the result gets stored and if the installation is connected to the Internet will be published under a unique number as well. This enables the artist to look up his or her works at home as well. This event is kindly supported by the Oldenburgische Landschaft with means of the State of Lower Saxony.
