JUnit test doesn't appear in the reports

Hello. I am trying to write new JUnit tests, and I have added the suit 
in the TestAll class. However when I build the tests, the test doesn't 
appear in the generated report junit-noframes.html file.
When I investigate more I see that my JUnit test file appears in the 
build/tests/WEB-INF/classes/org/roller/business directory.
Why is this? Do I need to make additional changes in the build.xml file? 
I believe not.
