we might want to consider making the enable/disable flags part of the runtime config rather than the static config. it is sometimes tough to decide where certain properties should go, but these are my thoughts ..
Yes I agree, but since these are experimental features I want to keep the profile low and not have them appear in the UI. Once Atom protocol is final and Admin protocol has had sufficient review, I'd like to make them runtime configs and document them.
