Sorry, its Roller, not JRoller :)  JRoller is a service provided for 
Java users to blog with.  Sorry for be pedantic about that, but I know 
it bugs Dave :)  Now to answer your question, I'm not completely sure.  
The best way is to probably create a new ApplicationResources file for 
the German locale,  the system should pick it up when the locale is set 
to German.
