We've seen a few isolated cases of this happening just recently and we are still yet to determine what the cause is. It would be a big help if you can continue to report on this behavior as you see it and keep a kind of journal of the times you see it happen. It seems like it's a fairly isolated issue that happens intermittenly, but we certainly need to find the cause and fix it.
