Sorry! Ekit cannot upload images, it just points to the image in the local
machine.

What I have been asked to, is an editor that uploads the image when the user
inserts it in a post. I have tried BlogEd and it worked perfect, but that would
mean an extra program and a boss around here decided it was not a good idea...

For me, Roller's File-Upload is fine, but the final users of our Roller
installation have asked to upload files directly from the editor.

I don't think we made any changes to Ekit related code in Roller 2.0.

I did not know that Ekit could upload images. Why can't you use
Roller's built-in File-Upload?
