Serious problems with PostgreSQL upgrades and Roller 2.0:
- The PostgreSQL upgrade script fails
- The upgrade database on startup fails for PostgreSQL

I created a branch for Roller 2.0 maintenance and committed code to fix
this problem.
I've tested with PosgreSQL and I'm working on testing with MySQL now.
Once I'm done
with that, I'd like to package up a Roller 2.0.1 release with just that
one change.
I guess I'll prepare a RC release call for a vote then.
