Except I've no user's who are global admins and able to see the Server
Administration link :)

I have to create a row in userrole I presume. 4 columns to fill in,
id - rolename - username - userid.

username and userid are easy. rolename I presume is 'admin', but
that's a random guess.
The problem for me is: how do I come up with a unique-id by hand?

I've gone with an id of 'adminhack', logged out and logged back in and
I have admin access now. So apart from the hack, I can get it working
again.

Off to buy some groceries, then I'll do the doublecheck for Noel that
the licence information is correct in the rc2 file so you can release.
