I wanted to try out the Locale changes submitted by Allen and they don't
seem to be working for me with either RC2 or my own build on the
latest SVN on the 2.1 branch (revision 374430)
I also tried changing editor.theme from "tan" to "blue" in
roller.properties (I also tried roller-custom.properties) and that
didn't seem to work either.
I may have overlooked something obvious, and I admit I haven't really
done any debugging or troubleshooting, but I thought I'd send an email
anyway...
