I'll try to organize getting them setup. Not been involved with them before, but a first time for everything.
Currently archives are quite weak in that there's no good search system. For example, http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-general/ for the Incubator general mailing list archives. The previous search system (Eyebrowse) is still up for older lists, but hit some kind of problem I think and is not getting new lists added.
