I managed to solve it.. I gave two virtual hosts in my server.xml.... ( cos I was running two websites ..) ( bma.us.com and xxx.com)
I commented out xxx.com ... And it worked... STRANGE!!!! Isn't it ? Though I don't understand the logic... But I am troubleshooting to find exact cause..
