I'm using Winzip 9.0 (SR-1) on Windows XP and it's fine.
The download is a gzipped tar file, not just a tar file. Your browser
may have renamed it or corrupted it on download by attempting to gunzip
it itself.
The downloaded file should be called roller-2.0-incubating.tar.gz, size
11,413,148 bytes and md5
8fdab91ebc60ad9b6c6bbfd5f1d5f9cb.
If it has the right length you probably have the file just fine, and you
can just add the .gz extension back and WinZip will figure things out.
If you don't, try redownloading using a right click and save as...
--a.
