Two things to check:
1) make sure the absolute path to your Roller context is set on
site-wide config page
2) enable the planet tasks by overriding the settings in
roller.properties
Step #2 will cause the aggregator to run every hour within the same JVM
as Tomcat/Roller.
It's also possible to run the aggregation tasks outside of Roller via
cron.
