Another query is that if Roller support WebLogic?
I'm pretty sure that somebody made Roller work with Weblogic, but
none of the Roller developers run Roller on Weblogic, so we'll have a
difficult time supporting it.
If yes, is there any documentation?
Try googling Roller and Weblogic
The email below indicated that Roller support LDAP with some
modifications, but is there any documentation or guide for me to do
the
modifications?
There is no guide for SSO in Roller, but since I've been thinking
about the problem (and talking about it with the folks from N.C.
State Univ.) I've started a page on the wiki to collect notes on
Roller and SSO. I hope it will eventually grow into a HOWTO document.
http://rollerweblogger.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=RollerAndSSO
I'm hoping to complete this with some help from those who have done
are are doing Roller and SSO integrations.

Thanks.

Subject: RE: Support for Reverse proxy?
Hi,
A reverse proxy is a proxy server that is installed in the
neighborhood
of one of more webservers. All connections coming from the Internet
addressed to one of the webservers are routed through the proxy
server,
which may either entirely deal with the request itself, or pass the
request wholly or partially to the main webserver.
For our case all referencing must to the root context, thus for URL
like
https://mis.dsta.gov.sg/<application name>/, it will references other
sub-folders to https://mis.dsta.gov.sg/<application name>/images,
instead of https://mis.dsta.gov.sg/images
All referencing must be under the <application name>.
Thanks,.

I'm not sure what you mean by reverse proxy.
For this case, the links are all referencing to the root context,
thus for URL like https://mis.dsta.gov.sg/<application name>/, it

Yes, Roller can be configured at the root of a web site.
- can Roller support single sign-on, eg LDAP?
Not without modification. Folks at Yale University have hooked
Roller up
to Yale's CAS SSO system. Folks at NC State Univ. are working on
hooking
up to State's WRAP SSO system. It's possible, but some Java
development
is required.
