Hi all,
I'm still fighting against my Oracle database. Does anyone of you
managed to have roller runing find with Oracle?
I have a lot of issues, and there is no exception in the logs (except
one) :
- First, when i first come on roller after installing it, i can't go to
front page (exception in the logs : ORA-00093 wich is a bad request
error)
- Then, i create my admin account. It's ok.
- When i go to the "server configuration" page, it is empty (whereas i
can see all the default values in the database). If i make any
modification, they are saved, but this page remains empty.
---> for the next tests, i have kept the default configuration, without
saving datas in the server config page.
- I try to create an entry in "General" category, it is saved, seeable
in the entries list. I go to the blog, the entry only appears if i
select the right category. It does not appear on the "All" page, even if
i flush the page cash.
- I try to create an entry in any other category, ot won't appear
anywhere. I can see it only with its direct link.
- I can't activate the comments : the "users.comments.enabled" in
ROLLER_PROPERTIES is set to true (default value), the weblog
configuration allows comments.
I've stopped there my tests...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
