No. I do not need to change anything in code. I have done changes in
security.xml which I have given in my previous reply. Other then this, I
need to update to  acegi-security-1.0.1.jar which I have downloaded from
http://static.raibledesigns.com/downloads/acegi-security-1.0.1.jar. This has
all the required for ldap in acegi. One can use same jar from acegi site
also.
