Dear all, I'm currently using roller 2.3.
I noticed a weird comportment which could be bad for bots indexing (problem related to the issue described on the message "Weird google comportment (not sure it's related to Roller, but...)" posted on this list) Indeed, the default calendar displayed on the main page shows 2 arrows around the label of the month, that allow the visitor to navigate to posts of a previous or next month. When the calendar displays the current month, it's OK, there is no arrow to go to the future (for instance, when displaying the calendar Nov 2006, there is no arrow on the right side to go to December 2006 because no post have been already posted at that time, and of course, we are not yet in December). BUT it always displays an arrow to go on the previous month, even if no post has been made ! That's a big issue because Google follows those links and try to index the content of "inexisting" pages (for instance, I made my first post on November 2006; the calendar displays a link to see post of October 2006, though it doesn't exist, and can go back to take a look to the past). I noticed Google Bot trying to indexing content made on 1970 !!!!! Is there a way to block the left arrow displayed on the left of a Month in the calendar if no post has never been posted before the month displayed ? If so, How ? Have you encountered this issue ? How do you solve it ? Any help will really be appreciated, Thanks in advance, Alexandre
