Hi, It sounds like what you need is already supported. To just display a single days entries on the front page, go to 'Preferences > Settings' and change:

(we are going to post bi-weekly in one day several posts, kind of newspaper issue). He could have pagination, we could have a lot of posts in the same day so they will not fit in one page. Also user should be able to switch to any other previous day. He should see lists of all available days or may be list a calendar with available days highlighted.
