Not to mention the fact that most of them aren't actually BUGS per se, just someone else's choices regarding the matter. So, while they may be thought of as bugs by one person, they're most certainly not bugs. A bug is something that doesn't function as intended. Most of the mentioned items were (probably) discussed and left out intentionally.
