Ha! That sounds better than your previous complaint. I'm proud of
you. Except for the "idiot" part, which is too close to cursing,
I would have replaced that with "joker". After all, it's very
important to stay polite, even if you are busy putting your boots
into the other persons face.

ps. Don't try to make too much spelling and grammar mistakes (you
know, "i" vs "I", "dont" vs "don't", capitals where needed etc).
