Alright. I added this thing for my mud...it's small terminals set up around
each area which allow you to access news, weather forecast, etc... When you
use the terminal, your prompt changes. I went in to bust_a_prompt in comm.c
and put in: if ( ch->comm, COMM_TERM) etc... right above the if check for
AFK. That worked perfectly. So then, I add a new comm flag. For when you
are in OLC mode. It displays:
[room#][redit/medit/oedit]blahblahblah
nothing too fancy there. It's a standard OLC prompt. So I put the check
for this between the COMM_TERM check and the COMM_AFK check...I put in the
appropriate settings and removals of the COMM_OLC flag...so I clean compiled
and all that good stuff. I went into olc mode and started editing and I got
my OLC prompt as I expected. But tagging along on the end was my normal
prompt...which didn't make ANY sense. Could someone perhaps tell me what in
god's name I did?! I feel rather stupid...but I know that it's something.
