Has anyone successfully used GDB to run rom.exe to find out where a crash is under windows in the cygwin release? gdb rom.exe brings up the exe file info but when I try and run rom.exe from it, it locks up all the time. I think CygWin doesn't have the files neccessary to run an unix based program. Is there anything out there that is written for windows that works for debugging a windows ported .exe? Thanks for the help before hand. Perferrably something that is free.
