Tom,

I will have no problem proving copywrite issues.  That is not at issue for
me.  I am a huge proponent of Open Source and I was NOT ready to release the
code.  I was also not about to release my areas, the stuff given to me that
only I had permission to use.  These are the kind of things that has
prompted us to want to take action.

In the ROM.licence it mentions mideviea as a thieving source.  Well, Realms
of Madness stole my code. (That is what they are calling themselves right
now) and the areas and supporting files.  Some of the code is PAPER
Copywrited and given permission to use it excusively.

ROM and DikU may be Open Source but they are also copywrited.
